I wanted to share this since I just finished it. I have a psych appointment tomorrow and it’s been since July 1. However, at every appointment she asks me what I have been up to and while I’m zoom or in person and I have to take time to look through my calendar to tell her. So today I took 30-45 minutes to go through my calendar and journal notes to write it all down and be able to relay it all to her from that sheet. Not all is detailed, but at least a short couple of words to jog my memory and relay it to her. If you have memory issues or a brain Injury I highly recommend it. I also journal daily and will post what that looks like, they are things I can look back on and see what worked, didn’t work, what not to do again or to do differently. Both are very helpful strategies to help me be more efficient. Just wanted to share what works for me.
